Mykhailo V. Hubynskyi, DSc

Financial Management

Michailo Hubinskii  Mykhailo Hubynskyi has a distinguished research and development leadership career, serving as Head of Industrial Thermal Engineering Department and Head of Research Laboratory at the National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine for the last 30 years. He is the author and co-author of more than 100 research publications and patents. Over the span of his career, Professor M. Hubynskyi has provided principal consulting to leading energy, steel-making and mining companies in Ukraine and abroad. In particular, he has a track record of success and expertise in development of reheating furnaces, calciners and industrial boilers.


Simon M. Hubynskyi, MSc, BSc

Chief Executive Officer

Semen M. Hubynskyi Mr. S. Hubynskyi has nearly one decade of experience in energy technologies and management. Prior to joining T&MEC, he was CEO at the Energy Department for Omega Ltd. Under his direct supervision, a number of R&D projects related to energy audits and energy saving technologies in the retail industry were successfully completed. Mr. S. Hubinskii has a significant academic background. He holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc.  in Thermal Engineering.

 

Serhii S. Fedorov, PhD

Research and Development

Serhii S. Fedorov has over 20 years of research and business experience related to development of thermal technologies in industry. During 2008-2018, he was CEO at the Elion Project Design Office, private engineering company. Prior to 2008, Mr. Fedorov was an Associate Professor of the Industrial Thermal Engineering Department at the National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine. Also, as a thermal engineer, Mr. Fedorov is the author and co-author of more than 60 technical papers and studies related to thermal graphite purification; advanced graphite for Lithium-ion batteries; heat and mass transfer in fluidized and fixed beds.

 

Artem V. Sybir, PhD

Technical Management

Mr. Sybir is the co-developer of a number of Ukrainian patents as well as co-author of research publications related to thermal physics, aeorodynamics, processing equipment in chemical and metallurgical industry. Mr. Sybir holds a PhD in Thermal Engineering and Master of Science, Thermal Engineering and works as an Associate Professor at the Department of Industrial Furnaces of the National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine.
