Simon Hubynskyi, MSc
Chief Executive Officer
Simon Hubynskyi has nearly one decade of experience in energy technologies and project management. Prior to joining TMEC, he held the position of the CEO at the Energy Department of Omega Ltd, a Ukraine's flagman of Retail Industry. Under his direct supervision, a number of R&D projects related to energy audits and energy saving technologies were successfully completed. Since 2018, he is qualified as Energy Manager on the national level. Mr. S. Hubynskyi has a significant academic background, holding BSc and MSc degrees in Thermal Engineering.
Mykhailo Hubynskyi, DSc
Financial Management
Mykhailo Hubynskyi has a distinguished research and development leadership career, serving as the Head of the Industrial Thermal Engineering Department and the Head of the Research Laboratory at the National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine for 30 years. He is the author and co-author of more than 100 research publications and patents. Over the span of his career, Professor M. Hubynskyi provided principal consulting to leading energy, steel-making and mining companies in Ukraine and abroad. In particular, his track record of success and area of expertise in development of reheating furnaces, calciners and industrial boilers.
Serhii Fedorov, DSc
Research and Development
Serhii Fedorov has over 20 years of experience in research and development of thermal technologies as well as project management in industry and construction businesses. During 2008-2018, he was the CEO at Elion Project, a private engineering company with focus on design of electric supply networks. Currently, Dr. Fedorov is also involved as a Professor of the Energy Systems & Energy Management Department at the National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine. As a thermal engineer, Mr. Fedorov is the author and co-author of more than 80 research publications and studies related to heat and mass transfer in fluidized and fixed bed; EFB purification technology; limestone calcining.
Artem Sybir, PhD
Technical Management
Artem Sybir has over 20 years of experience in simulation, design engineering and manufacturing of industrial equipment with specific focus on energy efficient technologies. He is the co-developer of a number of laboratory and industrial units with proven successful track of their commissioning. Mr. Sybir is the author and co-author of more than 40 research publications and patents related to thermal physics, aerodynamics, processing equipment in chemical and metallurgical industry. As a engineer and researcher, he holds a PhD degree in Thermal Engineering and also contributes as an Associate Professor at the Department of Industrial Furnaces of the National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine.
