TMEC offers a comprehensive range of experimental studies focused on the processing and synthesis of materials. Our laboratory is equipped with a variety of state-of-the-art equipment, including conventional thermal furnaces, fluidized bed reactors, EFB units, and furnaces for thermal refining of carbon materials.
Our services in this segment include:
Electrical conductivity studies of fluidized systems, where we explore the behavior of materials in the electrothermal fluidized bed and obtain their voltammetric characteristics. This helps to better understand their electrical properties under varying conditions.
Microscopy, X-ray fluorescence (XRF), and X-ray structural analysis to analyze material properties at a microscopic level and identify elemental composition and structural characteristics.
Thermal purification of carbon materials at temperatures up to 3000°C under varying exposure times. This allows us to produce high-purity graphite (over 99.99% purity) from raw carbon sources.
Calcination of materials at temperatures up to 1200°C in controlled atmospheres, such as argon, nitrogen, helium, and methane, tailored to meet the specific requirements of our clients.
Prototyping reactors for testing and analyzing client hypotheses, allowing for the development of custom solutions based on specific needs.
With our extensive network of partner universities and laboratories within the European Union, specializing in materials science, our capabilities and service offerings are nearly unlimited. We ensure that our clients receive the most advanced research and testing solutions available.
